Google Glass - Breastfeeding

A colleague and myself at RMIT Industrial Design designed and developed several 3d printed prototypes for Small World Social a technology startup in Melbourne Australia. They were after a rapidly design solution that allowed them to use the camera in Google Glass to aid new mothers with initiating breastfeeding. Our Ultimaker 3d printed was able to give the team at SWS 3d prototypes in under a day that have enabled the team to collaboratively run a small pilot trial with several Melbourne mums and the Breast Feeding Association of Australia.   Media Breastfeeding mothers get help from Google Glass and Small World (The Age) Google Glass – Wearable tech but would you wear it?
